Website and commercial activity
AnOL OÜ operates the online store at www.decords.com under the Decords trade name. Decords produces and sells decorative and functional graphics and related products for homes and businesses, including wall decals, custom vinyl graphics, wall murals, window and vehicle graphics, furniture films, posters, canvas products and selected 3D-printed decor.
Customer service
Questions about products, quotations, orders, delivery, returns, warranty requests or submitted artwork can be sent to info@decords.com or through the Contact Decords page. Include the order number and customer name when contacting us about an existing order.
Production and return addresses
The Tallinn production location is not automatically the correct return address for every order. Do not send a return until Decords has confirmed the return procedure and address in writing. Review the Return & Refund Policy before returning an item.
Intellectual property and submitted content
Website text, original photographs, product artwork, graphics, logos, videos and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially reused without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
A customer who submits a name, logo, photograph, font, illustration or other protected material for a custom order confirms that they have the necessary right or permission to use and reproduce that material. Decords may request additional information when rights or production suitability are unclear.
Accuracy and external links
Decords works to keep product, company and policy information current. Product availability, prices, delivery estimates and technical details can change, so the current product page, selected variant, checkout and applicable policy page should be checked before purchase.
Links to third-party websites are provided for information or service access. Their operators control their own content, availability and privacy practices.
Consumer complaints and dispute resolution
Send a complaint first to info@decords.com with the order number, description of the issue and supporting documents or photographs. Decords will review the information and respond in a form that can be reproduced in writing.
If a consumer and Decords cannot resolve a contractual dispute by agreement, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or another competent dispute-resolution body. Information about the Committee, its competence and the application process is available from the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
Applicable law
The operation of the Decords online store is governed by Estonian law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.
