Care and installation requirements depend on the material and intended surface. Follow the product description and the instructions supplied with the order.
Before application:
- Use a clean, dry, stable and fully cured surface.
- Follow the paint manufacturer’s curing time. Paint that feels dry may not be fully cured.
- Test a small, discreet area when surface compatibility is uncertain.
Installation and cleaning:
- Apply without stretching the material and smooth it gradually.
- Some products can be repositioned during installation. This does not mean they can be stored and reused later.
- Use a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth only when the product instructions allow it. Avoid abrasive tools and strong solvents.
Removal:
- Lift an edge and peel slowly at a low angle.
- Use moderate warmth only when the product instructions allow it.
- Stop if paint, wallpaper or the underlying finish begins to lift.
Residue-free or damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed for every material, paint system or surface condition.

Custom Printed Window Decal for Glass
Turn your own logo, artwork or lettering into a physical vinyl decal for office glass, reception partitions, shop windows or other suitable smooth glass panels. Your design is printed with eco-solvent inks and contour cut so the branding appears without an unwanted rectangular printed background.
What background-free means
The outer area around your artwork is removed from the cutting layout. This describes the finished appearance, not a guarantee that the vinyl itself is transparent. Very small letters, thin lines or disconnected details may need a shared contour, simplification or connection. Background removal depends on the clarity and structure of your supplied file. The order is made from your artwork, not from example logos shown in the listing.
Size and viewing direction
Options are listed as width x height in inches. For a rectangular logo, multiple elements or dimensions not listed, contact us before ordering to confirm the appropriate size and price. Tell us which side of the glass will receive the decal and from which side the design must be read. Inside application viewed from outside must be discussed before production rather than assumed. If the smaller dimension exceeds 22 inches, the decal is supplied in multiple sections.
Send your artwork
After checkout, email your order number, artwork and required dimensions to info@decords.com. AI, EPS, PDF and SVG files are preferred; convert text to outlines. High-quality PNG or JPG files can also be assessed. For raster artwork, approximately 300 dpi at the intended print size is recommended. We will contact you if file quality or cutting details need adjustment before production.
Color, surface and ordering details
Provide CMYK values or a color reference for branding. Screen and printed colors can differ; discuss critical color matching before ordering. Apply only to clean, dry, smooth glass suitable for self-adhesive vinyl. Confirm any surface coating and exterior exposure with us. This is an adhesive decal, not a static cling or rigid sign. Select delivery at checkout and review the store's return policy for custom-made items. Please supply artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
