Andrei Koltšin, also written Andrei Kolchin, is the founder of Decords and the owner of AnOL OÜ. He develops production systems, custom-product workflows and new commercial directions for the Tallinn-based company.
Decords and AnOL OÜ
Decords is the trade name used by AnOL OÜ, an Estonian company registered on 16 July 2012. The company produces decorative and functional products for homes and businesses and ships orders internationally from its production workflow in Tallinn.
The Decords range includes wall decals, printed and cut vinyl graphics, custom lettering, wall murals, window and door graphics, furniture films, vehicle graphics, posters, canvas products and selected 3D-printed decor. Customers can choose an existing product or submit their own text, logo, photograph or artwork for assessment.
How the business developed
Andrei began with hands-on printing and vinyl cutting. As order volume and product variety increased, the operation expanded to professional Roland printing equipment, Graphtec cutting equipment, lamination, finishing and 3D-printing processes.
Artwork preparation, production, quality control and packing are coordinated in-house. This makes it possible to check dimensions, spelling, crop, cut paths, material choice and order details before dispatch. Decords has produced and shipped more than 100,000 orders across its sales channels.
Founder responsibilities
Andrei’s work combines production knowledge with process design and commercial development. His responsibilities include:
- developing new products and production methods;
- improving workflow through Lean, Kaizen and 5S principles;
- building systems for custom orders, artwork checks and quality control;
- developing marketplace and direct-to-customer sales channels;
- automating repetitive production, CRM and management tasks;
- using artificial intelligence to improve research, content, analysis and internal workflows;
- evaluating new markets, partnerships and B2B opportunities.
Approach to production
Decords does not treat every adhesive product as interchangeable. Wall film, vehicle vinyl, window graphics, printed decals and three-dimensional objects have different requirements. A useful project brief therefore begins with the finished size, quantity, intended surface, indoor or outdoor environment, expected exposure and the best available artwork file.
For logos and cut lettering, vector artwork is preferred. For photographs and printed graphics, the largest original file normally provides the strongest production result. Customers remain responsible for having the right to reproduce submitted artwork, photographs, fonts and brand assets.
What guides the company

- Confirm dimensions, artwork and personalization before production.
- Explain limitations instead of making universal performance claims.
- Organize production so that recurring errors can be identified and reduced.
- Use customer feedback to improve products, instructions and service.
- Combine practical manufacturing knowledge with automation and new technology.
