For an existing purchase, include the order number, customer name and a short description of the question. Add clear photographs when they help explain a product, print, size, surface, packaging or delivery concern.
Before starting a return, review the Return & Refund Policy. For a delivery question, include the tracking number and check the Shipping Policy.
Custom design and printing requests
For a custom order, send:
- the required finished width and height;
- the quantity;
- the intended surface, room or vehicle area;
- whether the project is indoor or outdoor;
- the delivery country and preferred deadline;
- the largest original artwork file or a clear reference image.
The customer must have the right to reproduce submitted logos, photographs, fonts and other protected content. Vector PDF, SVG, EPS or AI files are preferred for logos and cut lettering. Large original raster files are preferred for photographs.
Wholesale and B2B projects
Retailers, designers, agencies, installers, offices and other business customers can submit volume or repeated-production requests through the Wholesale and B2B Projects page. Include dimensions, quantity, material requirements, artwork, delivery destination and whether installation support is required.
