Use this page to register an eligible Decords product and make future warranty support easier. Registration helps the team locate the purchase, product and customer details more quickly if a claim is submitted later.
Information to prepare
Where possible, use the same name and email address associated with the purchase. Keep the order confirmation, order number, product name and delivery date available. Photographs are not normally required for registration, but they may be requested if a warranty issue is reported.
What registration does
- links the submitted details to a Decords purchase where the information can be verified;
- helps identify the relevant product and order faster;
- supports later communication about an eligible commercial warranty claim.
What registration does not do
Registration does not change the product, extend coverage beyond the applicable warranty conditions or prove that a future issue is covered. Warranty decisions depend on the product, issue, installation, use, care, evidence and applicable terms.
Registration is not required to exercise mandatory statutory consumer rights. Those rights apply according to the law regardless of whether this form has been completed.
Before submitting a claim
Keep the product, packaging and order information until the issue has been reviewed. Do not remove, alter, repair or dispose of the affected item when doing so would prevent a reasonable assessment.
For a claim, contact info@decords.com with the order number, a description of the issue, when it was first noticed and clear photographs or video where relevant.
