Care and installation requirements depend on the material and intended surface. Follow the product description and the instructions supplied with the order.
Before application:
- Use a clean, dry, stable and fully cured surface.
- Follow the paint manufacturer’s curing time. Paint that feels dry may not be fully cured.
- Test a small, discreet area when surface compatibility is uncertain.
Installation and cleaning:
- Apply without stretching the material and smooth it gradually.
- Some products can be repositioned during installation. This does not mean they can be stored and reused later.
- Use a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth only when the product instructions allow it. Avoid abrasive tools and strong solvents.
Removal:
- Lift an edge and peel slowly at a low angle.
- Use moderate warmth only when the product instructions allow it.
- Stop if paint, wallpaper or the underlying finish begins to lift.
Residue-free or damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed for every material, paint system or surface condition.

Custom Storefront Window Logo and Branding Decal
Put your business logo, shop name or supplied promotional artwork on suitable storefront glass with a custom printed vinyl decal. The design is printed with eco-solvent inks and contour cut around the artwork. It suits retail windows, cafes, restaurants, salons and studio entrances where branding should stand out without a large rectangular printed background.
What the finished decal includes
Your order is made from your own artwork and selected dimensions. Background-free means the unwanted area around the design is removed from the cutting layout; it does not automatically mean transparent vinyl is used. Clear logos and lettering are easier to prepare than low-resolution graphics or complex photographic backgrounds. Tiny floating details, thin lines or very small text may require a shared contour or simplified layout.
Plan the window layout
Size options are shown as width x height in inches. Measure the usable glass area, including clearances around frames, handles and window divisions. For rectangular branding, several logos or dimensions not listed, contact Decords before ordering to confirm the layout and price. Specify whether the decal will be applied inside or outside and where it needs to be readable from. If the smaller dimension exceeds 22 inches, the decal is supplied in multiple sections.
Order and artwork requirements
After checkout, send your order number, artwork and required dimensions to info@decords.com. Preferred files are AI, EPS, PDF and SVG with lettering converted to outlines. High-quality PNG and JPG files can be assessed; approximately 300 dpi at intended print size is recommended for raster graphics. We will contact you before production if the file quality or cutting details require changes.
Color and installation surface
Provide CMYK values or a color reference when matching business branding. Screen previews and printed colors may differ, so discuss critical matching before purchase. Use clean, dry, smooth glass compatible with adhesive vinyl. Tell us about coatings, exterior exposure and the intended application side so material suitability can be checked.
This is a physical made-to-order decal, not a rigid or illuminated sign, static cling or digital file. Example graphics do not replace your supplied design.
