Vintage & Retro Wall Stickers / Retro Vinyl Decals

(40 products)

Vintage, antique-style and retro wall stickers add period-inspired graphics without relying on heavy antique décor. Choose a design that fits the room’s existing colours, furniture era, available wall area and desired level of contrast.

Compare these designs with all vinyl wall decals and wall stickers if you want a different style or room theme.

This collection is intended for kitchens, cafés, game rooms, garages, studios, bedrooms and entertainment spaces. Products in the same collection may use different materials, finishes, application methods and size systems, so the individual product page remains the source for the exact specification.

How to choose the right format and size

Measure the usable surface rather than the whole wall or window. Note furniture, handles, switches, frames and other obstacles. Then compare those measurements with the installed dimensions shown for the selected product.

Format	Good fit	What to check
Small retro accent	Cabinet side, desk area or narrow wall	Check scale against nearby objects
Medium feature	Above furniture or in a themed corner	Coordinate colours with the room
Large statement	Open wall, studio or commercial backdrop	Test the full outline before installation

Compare the main decorating options

Option	Main advantage	Planning point
Retro vinyl decal	Flat graphic integrated with the surface	Finish and suitability vary by product
Metal or rigid sign	Dimensional vintage look	Needs secure fixing
Framed print	Movable and easy to restyle	Adds frame depth and cost

Surface preparation and application

Use a clean, dry, smooth and stable surface. Fresh paint should be allowed to cure according to the paint manufacturer’s instructions. Dust, grease, texture, weak paint, moisture and low-energy coatings can reduce adhesion. Test a discreet area when the surface is uncertain.

Measure the surface and mark the intended position.
Clean it and allow it to dry fully.
Lay out the parts before removing the backing.
Apply gradually, following the instructions supplied with the selected product.
Smooth from the centre outward and check edges after installation.

Removal results depend on the adhesive, installation time, temperature and condition of the underlying surface. Do not assume that every product is reusable, suitable outdoors or removable without affecting paint unless the individual listing states this.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a custom size or design?

Customisation is available only where the product page offers it. For another size, logo, text or artwork, contact Decords before ordering.

Which surfaces are suitable?

Smooth, clean and stable surfaces are generally the best candidates. Suitability for painted walls, glass, furniture, vehicles or outdoor use must be confirmed on the selected product page.

How do I select the correct size?

Measure the usable area, mark the proposed outline and compare it with the installed dimensions. Product images are visual examples and should not be used as a measuring scale.

Can the sticker be applied over textured walls?

Texture reduces the contact area and can affect adhesion. A sample or small-area test is recommended when the surface is not smooth.

Will it remove without marks?

This cannot be guaranteed for every wall or coating. Paint quality, curing, age, moisture and removal technique all affect the result.

Is every product suitable outdoors?

No. Outdoor suitability, laminate and expected exposure resistance depend on the specific material and must be stated in the individual listing.

How long do production and delivery take?

Decords produces orders, normally within 1–3 working days. Free worldwide shipping is available; the delivery estimate depends on the destination and shipping method shown at checkout.
