3D Wall Stickers, Decals & Optical Illusion Graphics

(91 products)

Choose 3D wall stickers for your hallway, living room or bedroom: explore gaming and controller designs, portal wall illusions or open-window scenes. These designs use printed perspective and shading to create the appearance of depth; they are not raised objects. For door-sized illusion graphics, browse 3D door murals and vinyl wraps. For products intended for walking surfaces, use the separate 3D floor decals collection. Check dimensions, viewing angle and surface compatibility on the individual product page.

Shop by the illusion you want

For a doorway-like focal point, browse portal wall stickers. To suggest a view beyond the wall, explore open-window wall decals. Compare each design's written dimensions with the clear wall area; the room photographs illustrate placement rather than a guaranteed scale.

Choose the correct surface first

Application	Best product route	Main check
Hallway, living room or feature wall	3D-effect wall decal or breakthrough illusion	Viewing direction, furniture and wall condition
Game room or streaming background	Portal, controller, galaxy or fantasy wall graphic	Camera frame, screen position and evening lighting
Children’s room	Original animal, dinosaur, ocean or space design	Finished size, furniture and small elements kept out of reach
Photo or event area	Large perspective graphic aligned to one approach	Camera position and the distance from which the effect is viewed
Floor	Product specifically listed for floor application	Floor finish, wear, edge safety and cleaning
Physical wall object	3D printed decor	Real dimensions, weight, mounting and care

How the optical illusion works

The effect is created by artwork rather than physical depth. Printed shadows, foreshortening, broken-wall edges and perspective lines can make a flat decal appear recessed or projected. The result usually looks strongest from a planned viewing position. It may appear flatter or distorted from another angle.

Choose the main approach direction or camera position.
Print or outline the proposed size and place it temporarily on the surface.
Review the design in daylight and under the room’s normal evening lighting.
Check whether glare, furniture or another object interrupts the illusion.

Measure size and placement

Use the written dimensions of the selected product option. Do not estimate scale from a room mock-up. Mark the complete width and height with painter’s tape, then view the outline from the intended position. For irregular or multi-part designs, check whether the dimensions describe the full composition or one supplied element.

Check the wall surface

Wall decals generally apply most predictably to clean, dry, smooth, stable and fully cured surfaces. Texture, dust, grease, moisture, fresh paint and weak coatings can reduce contact. Test a discreet area when the finish is uncertain. A printed 3D effect does not make a general wall decal suitable for floors, wet areas or exterior use.

Installation

Read the instructions supplied with the exact product.
Clean the surface using a method suitable for its finish and allow it to dry.
Confirm the level, orientation and main viewing direction before exposing the adhesive.
Apply gradually and smooth from the centre towards the edges without stretching the film.
Inspect narrow points, corners and separate elements before removing any transfer material.

Care and removal

Use only the stated cleaning method. Avoid abrasive tools and unapproved chemicals. Removal behaviour depends on the film, adhesive, surface, paint condition, installation period and temperature. Do not assume that every 3D-effect decal is reusable or guaranteed to leave every coating unchanged.

Frequently asked questions

Are 3D wall stickers raised?

Most products in this category are flat printed decals that simulate depth. Check the individual product description because construction can vary.

Will the illusion look the same from every angle?

No. Perspective-based designs are normally strongest from a selected viewpoint.

Can a 3D wall sticker be installed on a floor?

Only when the exact product is specified for floor use. Browse the dedicated floor decal collection rather than assuming a wall product is interchangeable.

Are 3D-effect decals the same as 3D printed decor?

No. A decal is generally a flat adhesive graphic. A 3D printed item is a physical object with real volume and separate mounting or placement requirements.

How should I choose a size?

Mark the listed dimensions on the surface and inspect them from the intended viewing position. The artwork needs enough scale and open space for the illusion to remain clear.
