Event decoration decals can support a photo area, entrance, window, wall or directional display. The correct product depends on the venue surface, installation period and removal rules, so planning should begin before artwork is produced.

Confirm the venue conditions

Ask which surfaces may be decorated, who installs the graphics and when removal must occur. Painted walls, glass, floors, furniture and outdoor boards require different materials. Written venue approval is useful for large or adhesive installations.

Build a clear visual hierarchy

Choose one main message, such as a name, date, original theme or business identity. Keep secondary information smaller. Measure the viewing distance and avoid placing important text behind tables, guests or window frames.

Photo backdrop: leave faces and key words within the camera frame.
Entrance: prioritize the event name and direction.
Window: confirm installation side and text orientation.
Floor: use only products documented for that surface and traffic level.

Prepare artwork responsibly

Test the surface
