Flowers and botanicals	A calm, soft, nature-inspired room	Magnolia, lavender, herbs, lilies, and floral borders
Village and story scenes	A wider wall above a bed, dresser, or play area	Colourful houses, cottage streets, and illustrated scenes
Sky and celestial motifs	A nursery feature wall or sleep area	Sun, moon, stars, and other sky-themed designs
Bold decorative designs	An older child’s room or stronger focal point	Graphic animals and illusion-style wall art when specified

How to choose the correct size

Measure the clear wall area and account for the crib, bed, dresser, shelves, switches, and other furniture. Mark the proposed dimensions with painter’s tape before ordering. Product mock-ups show an example placement but may not represent the exact scale in your room.

Surface and safety planning

Apply wall stickers only to a clean, dry, smooth, fully cured surface compatible with the selected product. Fresh paint, dust, moisture, heavy texture, and stain-resistant coatings can reduce adhesion. Keep decals, backing paper, packaging, and small separate elements out of a baby’s reach.

How to apply a baby room decal

Read the instructions for the selected product.
Clean the wall and let it dry completely.
Plan the full layout before removing the backing.
Apply slowly and smooth from the centre toward the edges.
For multi-piece sets, leave balanced spacing between elements.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the main Decords baby room collection?

No. This is a smaller curated selection focused mainly on animals, flowers, plants, and nature-inspired designs. For the wider assortment, visit Baby Room Wall Decals & Stickers.

Are all products intended only for babies?

No. Some designs can also suit toddler rooms, children’s bedrooms, playrooms, or other interior spaces.

Can I use a decal above a crib?

Use only a suitable, properly prepared wall and follow the product instructions. Position decorative elements where a child cannot reach, pull, or remove them.

Will the decal work on a textured wall?

Smooth walls provide the most reliable adhesion. Texture varies, so test the surface first when compatibility is uncertain.

Can I remove and reuse the sticker?

Do not assume reusability unless the individual product page explicitly states it. Removal results depend on the material, adhesive, paint condition, and installation time.
