Care and installation requirements depend on the material and intended surface. Follow the product description and the instructions supplied with the order.
Before application:
- Use a clean, dry, stable and fully cured surface.
- Follow the paint manufacturer’s curing time. Paint that feels dry may not be fully cured.
- Test a small, discreet area when surface compatibility is uncertain.
Installation and cleaning:
- Apply without stretching the material and smooth it gradually.
- Some products can be repositioned during installation. This does not mean they can be stored and reused later.
- Use a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth only when the product instructions allow it. Avoid abrasive tools and strong solvents.
Removal:
- Lift an edge and peel slowly at a low angle.
- Use moderate warmth only when the product instructions allow it.
- Stop if paint, wallpaper or the underlying finish begins to lift.
Residue-free or damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed for every material, paint system or surface condition.

Create a custom printed vinyl wall decal from your business logo, lettering, illustration or other approved artwork. The finished design is prepared to the confirmed proportions and dimensions.
How to order
- Select a size option large enough to contain the required finished decal.
- Place the order.
- Send Decords the order number, the highest-quality artwork available and the required finished width and height.
- State the intended surface, orientation and any details that must remain unchanged.
- Approve any requested crop, simplification or section layout before production.
The customer is responsible for having permission to reproduce all submitted logos, images and text.
How the size option works
The listed square dimensions define the available production area. The finished decal keeps the approved artwork proportions and may not fill both sides of the selected square. Large designs can be supplied in aligned sections when required by production or shipping limits.
Artwork and colour
Vector artwork or a high-resolution file provides the cleanest result. Small text, thin lines and low-resolution images may require adjustment. CMYK values and physical colour references can improve consistency, but exact matching across screens, printers, vinyl batches and wall lighting cannot be guaranteed.
Material and installation
The decal is printed or cut from adhesive vinyl according to the approved design. Application tape is supplied when the production method requires it. Apply to a clean, dry, smooth, stable and fully cured compatible surface. Texture, dust, grease, silicone, moisture and weak paint can affect adhesion.
What is included
One custom wall decal in the approved dimensions, supplied in sections when required, plus application guidance. Installation tools and fitting service are not included unless separately agreed.
